What "Operandi" means.
Operandi is Latin for "of operating" — the way things get done. We named the company after it because that's the work: codifying what already works in great operations into software, instead of forcing teams to change how they work to fit a tool.
Most enterprise software does the opposite. It ships with someone else's process baked in, and the next eighteen months are spent bending it back to yours. We build modular products that adopt your shape, not the other way around.
How we operate.
Configure, don't customize.
Every product ships with sensible defaults and config-level levers. No bespoke forks, no consultant lock-in.
Connect, don't replace.
We integrate with the systems your team already runs on. Adopt one product at a time, keep what works.
Compose, don't fork.
